Jim Kurtowicz: Founder and CEO

Jim started Klouds, Inc. in 2011 after seeing a gap in the VMware partner community. Reviewing the partner landscape it became clear that customers were still looking for a partner that could provide a high level of customer service, deep VMware knowledge, and an unbiased no-nonsense approach. Today the team at Klouds, Inc. fulfills that vision every day. "I am proud of what we have accomplished in such a short period of time. Our team is simply the best in the business" according to Jim. "We have worked hard to earn our customers' trust and this is something we treat with the utmost respect."

Jim is a recognized thought leader and enterprise software expert. He has advised numerous independent software vendors on licensing structure and strategic alliances. Jim has also coached customers large and small through their negotiation of significant technology transactions while providing strategic negotiation advice and subject matter expertise. Jim still personally works with every Klouds, Inc. client. It's this personal approach that allows each client to get the customized solution they need.

Jim is a successful entrepreneur and seasoned enterprise technology expert.  In 2008 Jim founded Serac Technologies, Inc. and successfully guided it to be one of the leading Oracle software partners.  Additionally, Jim has held leadership positions with several enterprise technology companies including Oracle, Ariba, and Computer Associates. Jim is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, a competitive sailor, and avid skier.

Jake Berry: Founder & COO

As a Founder and COO of Klouds Inc. Jake supports the daily mission of the company which is to put customers first. He truly believes that providing each client with personal attention, leads to the best end result.

Prior to founding Klouds Inc., Jake worked in Marketing, Advertising and Enterprise Software Product Management. His unique blend of technology and marketing allow him to work with enterprise clients to help define business needs and map out total solutions. Jake always helps to define the ROI of any purchase for clients, making sure it is the right solution and price for the clients objectives.

Jake is a graduate of the University of Vermont, a competitive cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. In his free time he can be found relaxing with his wife and three year old daughter.
